Last year JNKA Architects was asked to submit a Request for Qualifications response for the master planning and design of a new Catholic parish campus in northern Florida, including a new 1800 seat church and evangelization center, education resource center, repurposed church hall, columbarium, and related facilities. To demonstrate our firm’s ability to execute the Spanish-Mission style architecture that the parish was seeking, we conducted an in-house design charette and submitted conceptual watercolor renderings of a potential design, including this site plan and front elevation of the church with our response. While our firm was not selected for the project, we are thankful for the parish’s consideration and are happy to share these renderings from our portfolio of traditional Catholic churches.
