The Clark County Public Works Field-Operations Facility is a $22M facility constructed on a 77.5-acre parcel located on the southwest side of Las Vegas that is considered the largest growing area in Clark County. This phase 1 project centralized the Public Works operations in the Las Vegas valley with 80 employees and serves as a base of operations for the department’s road, construction management and traffic management divisions. The 52,000 s.f. facility features a 30-foot-high ceiling in various spaces and houses a variety of functions including offices, construction laboratory, traffic shops and a warehouse. Other provisions include on-site roadways, traffic equipment storage yards, and parking for fleet vehicles, staff and visitors.
