St. Matthew

Though this project contained no additions or exterior improvements, one of St. Matthew’s major goals was to create an interior environment that is inviting to visitors upon their first encounter and would encourages them to return for worship.  The new design for St. Matthew Lutheran Church achieved the goal of beautifying and modernizing the interior of their building and offering a more inviting environment that better reflected their goal of being a source of hospitality to their local community.

The design also accomplished this by relocating major functions to locations that were more logical for visitors and by introducing new, creative way-finding that was well integrated with the design.
