United Methodist Church, New Lenox, IL

Phase 1 of the Master Plan for the United Methodist Church of New Lenox completed construction in 2007. The scope of the $3.6M, 17,600 sf addition/renovation included the expansion of the existing Sanctuary with a new Chancel, choir platform, sacristies, balcony, and new lighting, A/V and mechanical systems. A new ceremonial entrance was constructed and the church offices were relocated to form a larger Narthex/Gathering Space off the entrance lobby. The Link for the future Multi-Purpose gymnasium wing was also built and includes a new elevator, bathrooms on both levels, a new commercial kitchen, and a new meeting room on the lower level.
