JNKA Associate, Monika Benitez, has extensive experience in project management from visioning, programming and Master Planning through design, construction documentation and construction administration for a variety of religious, educational and senior living projects. Strong leadership, communication, problem solving and organizational abilities allow Monika to effectively manage diverse teams in a collaborative project environment completing projects on time and budget. Monika’s strong design skills translate beyond architecture into space planning, interior and landscape design, graphic and web design, and photography. Her technical expertise in detailing and code compliance allows for a comprehensive project approach that synthesizes client requirements into innovative architectural solutions. Monika was inspired to join the firm after developing a student design for Friendship Village Center, a contemporary worship facility as a student of Tom Jaeger’s at the University of Illinois.
